UK Orders
Orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days. Once dispatched, UK delivery usually takes 2–3 working days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
International Orders
International delivery times vary depending on the destination. Estimated shipping times and costs are shown at checkout.
Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties or taxes depending on your country.
Returns
We hope you love your Pitch Glide order, but if you change your mind, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition.
- Please contact us before sending your return so we can provide return instructions.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
For hygiene reasons, products that have been worn or used cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several working days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order was faulty or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos where appropriate. We’ll work to resolve the issue.
